FairNow gives us total confidence, monitoring our models for fairness, compliance, and audit-readiness. This partnership confirms our dedication to responsible AI, empowering Match2 to transform resumes into trusted, career-long relationships with complete assurance.

To ensure trust from the beginning, Match2 brought in FairNow to conduct:

  • A bias audit of matching and ranking fairness across gender, race, and intersectional groups

  • A detailed review of outcomes using synthetic profiles across four high-demand job families—designed to detect patterns of unintended bias before candidates ever interact with the platform


What FairNow found:

  • No groups fell below the 80% impact ratio threshold for fairness

  • Consistent outcomes across genders, races, and intersections

  • Full alignment with New York City Local Law 144  requirements
